If you UEFI-boot to Windows\WinPE then you can use one of the utilities in the \e2b folder to restore the E2B partition.
If you UEFI-boot to linux, then you can use the \e2b\ bash script to restore the E2B partition (it will be in MPI v0.090 and later versions).
Otherwise you must find some other way to MBR-boot or boot to a linux or Windows\WinPE system in order to switch back in the E2B partition.
