Is the Last Physical Sector: 500170751 (Cyl: 31134, HD: 48, Sect: 18)
the very end of your drive (check with RMPrepUSB - Drive Info - 0)? If so you may get errors. You should always leave the last 1MB of a drive unused for best BIOS compatibility. EaseUS Partition Master has a bad habit of using right up to the very last sector of a disk which can cause problems (grub4dos nnn + 127 error messages).
I cannot reproduce the '/_ISO/e2b/grub/E2B.cfg is MISSING or CORRUPT! Press ENTER to continue...' message. I used a 119GB E2B partition and a 119GB DATA partition and swapped them over using RMPrepUSB Crtrl-O and then tested it on an EeePC which has the 128GB USB BIOS bug. I got the BAD BIOS message but not the E2B.cfg message. Strange.. I don't know why you get this message...
