The latest version has a debug feature. Double-click on the red text 'Double-click on a .imgPTN file to switch to the CSM Menu' which is just above the large window. It will tell you where the log file will be stored. Please send me the log file to [email protected] Someone else also reported this issue but I can't reproduce it!
P.S. New version in v1.B7c should fix the issue.
