Subject ISO is too large to load into memory Windows XP

I am trying to install Windows XP, but when I ask the program to load the setup, it tells me the ISO is too large to load into the memory. The setup still loads but when it tries to start Windows (after it loads the files), it throws a BSOD with acpi.sys as being a possible problem. The XP iso I am using is SP3 (it is a full installation with SP3), and is around 600 MB, which I would not believe would be too big. If anyone has any solutions to this, that'd be greatly appreciated!
