Yes.
Just name the ISO file with 64 in the extension
e.g.
Ubuntu.iso64
and it will only appear in the menu if the CPU is 64-bit.
You can also make a .txt file which will test for 64-bit - see \_ISO\TXT_MAKER.exe for example.

checkrange 2,3 is64bit will return true for 64-bit CPU.
